Having gone through the painful decision to place our mother in assisted living. Like many families, we were overwhelmed by the emotional weight, countless decisions, and the chaos of sorting through years of possessions, selling, donating, packing, moving, and setting up a new home. Looking back, we realized how much support we needed. That experience is why I created Next Chapter Transition — to walk alongside families during this challenging time, providing calm, caring, hands-on help so your loved one can move forward with comfort, dignity, and peace of mind.
