We work with you on sorting belongings, making decisions on what to take, donate, gift, or throw away. We assist with donations, junk removal, if needed shipping items. Often a visit to the new home is needed to take measurements so we can plan a layout that is conducive and familiar for you and your loved one.
Estate Clearing
Need help getting ready for an estate sale, we can assist in clearing, and going through years of precious belongings. We can list items for sale, donate, gift, or dispose of. We have vetted companies we work with to assist.
Packing & Unpacking
We pack to unpack, labeling boxes/bins to ensure unpacking is efficient and easy. Our team is trained to pack fragile belongings, and handle items carefully. When we unpack we set up everything room by room, and we dispose of any trash and leave new space fresh and clean. New home is ready for your Next Chapter!
On-site Move Day Support
This is often the most stressful day, and best to have someone to guide and make sure things are moved properly and belongings are secured. Guidance at the new home is needed to set up furniture according to plan. This ensures move day goes as efficient and easy as possible.
New Home Setup & Organization
Our team organizes closets, cupboards, sets up the kitchen and bathroom in a way that is familiar. We will try and recreate living space, and make this adjustment as easy to find things as possible. We hang pictures, connect TV, any other safety measures you request.
Design Services & Shopping New Items
Sometimes our clients request a new look. We can assist in shopping for new furniture or decor items. Just ask and we can devise a plan.
Coordinate with Movers, Donation, and Disposal Services
Leave it to us to collaborate with vetted movers, donation centers, and disposal pick up. We can arrange donations to your church. Taking the stress and worry of this often tumultuous time so that you can focus on more important things.
Home Preparation for Sale or Rental
In order to obtain the best selling price for your home. It is recommended to freshen it up before sale, in the means of cleaning, painting or staging. We can devise a plan in order to achieve the best position for you in selling the home.

1. Free 1 Hour Phone Consultation
We provide personalized assistance to seniors and their families, starting with a one hour get to know you and your needs consult. During the consultation, we hope to learn more about you, and what your needs, concerns, scope, and situation is.
2. Assess New Space & Devise Plan
After walking through your home to determine what services would align with your layout and budget, we devise a plan for the transition. Our compassionate approach ensures a smooth transition every step of the way.
We provide estimated package ranges with hourly billing so you only pay for the actual time.
3. Downsize – Declutter – Organize
If needed meet with loved one and go through their precious belongings. Sorting what to discard, donate, give to family, sell, and take to new home.
This may be the hardest part sorting through years of cherished belongings. We like to do this with you and determining which things to sell, donate, give to family, move to new place. We understand this is an emotional process, and take care to work at the pace that is comfortable for you.
4. Packing
We pack your belongings with care, we are trained in the right way to pack breakable items, and label each bin to make the move efficient.

6. New Space Set-up
We take the time to create the safe familiar environment when we unpack your items in your new home.
Often times there is a request to have some freshness added to the new home. We can help with shopping for decorative or organizational items.
We unpack all of your belongings, and set up your new home to navigate easily. Setting up your bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, to your liking. We hang pictures, organize closets, make things reachable and easy to access.
Having experienced this myself, you can never prepare for the emotional and taxing experience. Knowing this we understand having assistance is is sometimes essential. We have a network of companies to call on from realtors, moving companies, haul away companies, even cleaners to ensure the home is ready to sell, rent or move into it’s next chapter.
